St Albert Public Collective Agreement

1.6 This collective agreement nullifies all previous collective agreements and related provisions. 3.2.1 The number of years of teacher training and the years of apprenticeship calculated according to the collective agreement together determine the annual rate of pay for each teacher employed in school justice. 15.2 “central post” refers to any object that is in italics in this collective agreement. Starting September 1, 2013, headteachers will receive two (2) paid days of leave per school year at a time when the principal and superintendent or designated persons agree. In the absence of agreement on whether the dates of the client and the superintendent can be agreed upon, the employer pays the unused paid days of leave to the 1st and 200th of the annual salary and allowance of the principal obliged until the end of June of each year. This letter expires and will no longer have power and effect until June 30, 2016. (a) a new collective agreement is concluded or b) a strike or lockout under Division 13 of the second part of the Labour Code begins during local negotiations. (b) LA TEBA and the Association may agree to proceed with a single arbitrator arbitration board, not a three-member arbitration board. In this case, TEBA and the association will appoint a person who will serve as a single arbitrator within 15 days of operation, in accordance with the agreement reached with a single arbitrator. If it is not possible to agree on the person as a single arbitrator, each party may request in writing that the Director of Mediation Services indicate the required appointment.

2.4.1 Notwithstanding paragraph 2 of Article 59 of the Labour Code, a notice of opening of local negotiations by a school court or association must be notified, but not more than 60 days after the ratification of the collective agreement under Section 11, paragraph 4, of the PECBA or other central agreements. (c) where the association asserts that conditions are implied or included in the collective agreement, including whether such a difference is arbitral. For the purposes of this “P” clause, the number of full-time equivalents registered as of September 30 of this school year should be defined, with ECS students weighing 5 FTEs and all other students weighing 1.0 FTE.
